How to Reach Prathibhimba

Prathibhimba is located in Maragodu, a peaceful village on the outskirts of Madikeri, surrounded by coffee estates and natural greenery.

The stay is well connected by road. From Bangalore, it’s approximately a 5–6 hour drive (around 260 km). From Madikeri town, Prathibhimba is about a 20–30 minute drive through scenic estate roads.

Once you reach Madikeri, head towards Maragodu village. Detailed directions and the exact location will be shared after booking for a smooth arrival.

Terms & Conditions

  • 100% refund for cancellations made 15+ days before check-in. No refund after.
  • Cancellation requests must be made through admin.
  • Check-in: 2:00 PM & Check-out: 11:00 AM
  • Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay.
  • Management is not liable for accidents, injuries, or loss of belongings.
  • Smoking and alcohol are not allowed inside rooms.
  • No loud music or parties after 10 PM.
  • Children aged 5 and below are considered kids.

Payments

  • A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • The remaining 50% balance must be paid upon arrival at the property.
  • All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
  • In case of cancellation, the advance payment refund will be subject to our cancellation policy.

Amenities & Notes

  • ₹1500 charged per additional guest beyond confirmed booking.
  • Complimentary Wi-Fi available.
  • Homemade meals available at extra cost (inform at least 4 hours in advance).
  • Banyan House & Rain Tree Grove dorms include AC.
